Once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to cancel, change the order or issue a refund.

Delayed Delivery
All parcels are tracked. If your order has not been delivered within the allocated timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to urgently resolve this with the courier on your behalf.
Accidental Order
Please check that your clipper is compatible with our blades before ordering. We are unable to consider returns due to an erroneous or incorrect order.
Unused Products
In the unlikely event that you notice a manufacturing fault, please report this to us within 30 days of your order. Do not use the product. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and if we are able to confirm the fault, offer a replacement at no charge. Please note that we cannot replace products which have suffered physical damage (by example: dropped or disassembled by the customer).
Used Products
In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing fault while using a Groomsaber product, within 30 days of your order and able to evidence the fault to us by photo & video, we will send you a replacement product at our own cost.
OTHER
We are unable to consider returns for any other reasons. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
